You can use our confidential Safeguarding report form online at /safeguarding/. Reports can be submitted with your contact details or completely anonymously. If someone is in immediate physical danger, always contact local emergency services first.
We enforce strict vetting and child safeguarding procedures for all staff and mentors, anonymise youth stories by default, follow data protection protocols, and maintain dedicated channels for immediate review of safety concerns.
We only collect personal information that is necessary to facilitate programmes, communicate with supporters, process applications, or respond to your enquiries. We never sell or exchange personal contact details.
We only share data with verified service providers (such as secure cloud hosting and payment processing) who strictly comply with our confidentiality agreements and applicable data protection laws.
