Contributions fund scholarships, youth mentoring, life skills workshops, learning kits, and community programmes across Kenya. Funds designated to specific flagship projects or programmes are ring-fenced for those initiatives.
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways and Safaricom M-Pesa STK push. Uplift 360 never collects, handles, or stores sensitive card PINs or CVVs on our servers.
Yes! We support Safaricom M-Pesa via direct STK Push. Enter your Kenyan phone number in the donation form, click "Donate", and enter your M-Pesa PIN when prompted on your phone.
Monthly recurring gifts are available when supported by our card gateway. When enabled, your contribution is processed automatically each month and you can cancel anytime by emailing us.
Yes. Under "Where would you like your support to go?", you can designate your contribution to Flagship Projects, Education & Learning, Skills & Opportunities, Health & Well-being, or where needed most.
Yes. Immediately upon verified payment confirmation, an official Uplift 360 donation receipt is generated on-screen and an acknowledgement is sent to your email address.
Yes. Check the "Make this donation anonymously" box on the form. Your public attribution will be masked as "Anonymous Supporter" on all donor listings.
If an accidental duplicate transaction or technical error occurs, contact info@uplift360africa.com within 14 days with your reference number. Our finance team will review and process refunds via the original payment method.
